~I)erea5, Steven E. Taylor and Raeleen M. Eckerd, hereinafter tailed the Owner, is about to execute
contemporaneously with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster, PA 17601,
hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot
of ground known as 3915 Troyer Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, Silver Brook, Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which Steven E. Taylor and Raeleen M. Eckerd are the title
holder of record, as more particularly described in Deed Book ,Page ;and
~q~, ~~~~ir ~~r ~ I z ~ at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or
improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material
man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said
parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
?{Gfjts stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

All that certain lot or tract of ground situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, PA,
more particularly bounded and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Trayer Lane at the southwest
corner of Lot 70; thence along said right-of-way line by a curve to the right, said curve
having a radius of 275.00 feet and an arc distance of 31.48 feet to a point; thence
along the same N86-32-39W 22.83 feet to a point; thence along the same by a curve
to the left, said curve having a radius of 525.00 feet and an arc distance of 47.88 feet
to a point being the southeast corner of Lot 72; thence along Lot 72 N10-30-59W
156.11 feet to a point at lands N/F of Mark X. Disanto, Existing Lot #78, Plan Book 91,
Page 82; thence along said lands N79-29-01 E 100.00 feet to a point being the
northwest corner of Lot 70; thence along Lot 70 S10-30-59E 176.88 feet to a point,
being the place of beginning.
