WHEREAS, Matthew C. Natale and Bridget A. Natale of 7 Fortuna Lane, Enola, PA 17025,
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Tiday Property
Management. LLC of 2 W. Mulberry Hill Rd., Carlisle, PA, for the erection of a building upon
premises commonly known as 15 Marina Drive, Township East Pennsboro, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated 01122/88, recorded at Boak D-33, Page
952 (part of}, in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. as more
specifically described in Exhibit "A"which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, October 15, 2012, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials far the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), to contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materiaimen or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point located on the western right-of--way line of Marina Drive at the
dividing Iine between Lots G9 and Gl 0 on the hereinafter referenced Plan; thence along the northern
boundary line of Lot G9, North 79 degrees 44 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 1 ?x.75 feet to
a point on the eastern boundary line of Open Space; thence along said Open Space, North 07
degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 29.89 feet to a point; thence continuing along the
some, North 35 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 139.46 feet to a point at the
southwest corner of Lot G11; thence along the southern boundary Iine ofLot G1 1, South 61 degrees
43 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point on the western right-of--way line of
Marina Drive; thence along Marina Drive, by a curve to the left, having a radius of 30.00 feet and
an arc length of 110.00 feet to a point, the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot G l 0 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Floribunda. Heights, Phase I, Section l O.B
and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office at Instrument No. 201200886.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a portion of a 30' stormsewer easement along the southern
boundary Iine of the herein referenced lot.
