PETITION TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE
NOW comes Petitioner, attorney Mark A. Mateya, and requests this Court permit
Petitioner to withdraw his appearance in the above-referenced matter, and in support avers the
following:
1. The decedent, Sandra J. Pressley, died intestate on August 15, 2005.
2. Letters of Administration were issued to decedent's spouse William R. Pressley, Jr.,
on March 20, 2006.
3. Since the issuance of the Letters of Administration, William R. Pressley, Jr., has failed
to cooperate with Petitioner in finalizing the estate for Sandra J. Pressley.
4. Petitioner has written numerous letters and left numerous telephone messages for
William R. Pressley, Jr., to which none have been responded to.
5. Petitioner does not have the cooperation from William R. Pressley, Jr., in handling the
matters for the estate of Sandra J. Pressley.
6. Petitioner has notified William R. Pressley, Jr., by written correspondence of his
intention to file a Petition to Withdraw as counsel for the estate of Sandra J. Pressley. To the

date of this filing, William R. Pressley, Jr., has not responded to Petitioner.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Court issue an Order allowing
Petitioner to withdraw his appearance in the above-referenced matter.
