Dear Counselor,
We are in receipt of your letter of October 18, 2012, requesting we remove the
Estate of Fred M. Orner, Jr., from our docket and refund all or a portion of Mrs. Orner's
filing fees.
We are unable to remove the file from the electronic docket, however, upon return
of the original Grant of Letters Testamentary and the two (2) short certificates, we will
revoke the letters and refund a portion of the filing fees. These documents should be
returned to this office by the end of the month.
