Invade Principal, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that Neighborhood Services,
Inc., Guardian of the Person and Estate of Gerda G. Drews, is granted leave to pay
from the lump sum payment by the German pension One Thousand Eight Hundred
Fifty-One and 68/100 ($1,851.68) dollars to Golden Living Centers to satisfy the
outstanding invoice, to use the regular monthly payments from the German pension
toward the daily living expenses of Gerda G. Drews, and to expend a portion of the
lump sum payment to establish a burial fund, proof of payment must be filed of record
within thirty (30) days and provided to Lisa Marie Coyne, Esq., as counsel for Gerda G.
Drews.
