KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that HARRISBURG ACADEMY, a
beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of Robert S. Baldwin, does hereby acknowledge
(effective upon actual receipt) that it has received a fmal distribution in cash as follows:
Income Distribution: $ 634.10
Principal Distribution: $57,861.83
which is in full payment and satisfaction of the amount awazded to it by the Adjudication of the
Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania entered August 28, 2012, and for
and in consideration of said payment, HARRISBURG ACADEMY does hereby remise, release,
quitclaim and forever dischazge Manufacturers & Traders Trust Company and John E. Slike,
Esq., as Executors and Saidis Sullivan & Rogers, attorneys, of and from all liability because of
said award and its interest in the Estate of Roberta S. Baldwin.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, HARRISBURG ACADEMY has caused these presents to be
