AFFIDAVIT
AND NOW, ~ G~X' 15~ , 2012, John Norris, Petitioner in the Petition
for Grant of Letters of Administration, and father of the decedent, being duly sworn according to
law, deposes and says that decedent, Michael C. Norris, at the time of his demise, was not a party
to a pending divorce proceeding wherein the grounds for divorce had been established as defined in
23 Pa. C.S. § 3323(g) and was neither the victim of a killing nor ever adjudicated an incapacitated
person.
