Two copies, with original signatures of Supplemental Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return (Form REV-
1500) are enclosed for the above noted Decedents.
The filing of these returns became necessary upon the discovery of an additional investment security
reportable by the Leander H. Hamm Estate.
Since Dorothy M. Gotshall is a one-third Beneficiary of the Hamm Estate, a supplemental return is also
being filed for her Estate.
Please find the following enclosed checks:
Hamm Estate:
1. The Check in the amount of $696.56 payable to "Register of Wills, Agent" for the balance due
per the attached Supplemental Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Form RE'V-1500.
2. Check in the amount of $15.00 payable to "Register of Wills" for the Filing Fee for the
Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax return.
Gotshall Estate:
1. The Check in the amount of $52.16 payable to "Register of Wills, Agent" for the balance due per
the attached Supplemental Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Form REV-1:500.
2. Check in the amount of $15.00 payable to "Register of Wills" for the Filing Fee for the
Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax return.
