The attached Supplemental Account of Manufacturers and Trades
Trust Company and Jack W. Ziegler, Co-Executors for the Estate
of Anna C. Ziegler was the matter that I recently discussed with
you.
This Petition arises from the fact that the Executor
miscalculated the amount of funds available for distribution
based upon the sale of the real estate to one of the
beneficiaries, immediately preceding the filing of the account.
Accordingly, I have prepared the petition based on our
discussions and a court order for your signature.
