AND NOW, this3;/ day of October, 2012, upon consideration of the within
Motion and conference with counsel, it is ORDERED AND DECREED:
1. That JAMES G. KNISELY and/or BARBARA LYNN KNISELY, as Co-
Guardians of the person of KATHLENN M. KNISELY (the" Ward"), are hereby
authorized to remove the Ward from the State of Nevada and return her to the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
2. THAT IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that JAMES G. KNISELY and/or
BARBARA LYNN KNISELY are authorized to remove the Ward, even against her will,
from the custody, care and control of SAMUEL SCOTT KNISELY, including from his
residence located at 135 Harmon Avenue, #3705, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109, or any
other premises;
3. THAT IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Constable in Las Vegas,
Nevada, is hereby directed to remove the Ward, even against her will, from the
