WILLIAMS, III Owners MUNICIPAL LIEN MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor, Michael J. Pykosh, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against Timothy F. Straub and Calvin W. Williams, III, owning property located at 1280 A Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania 17007. Timothy F. Straub and Calvin W. Williams, III, are the owners of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being bounded and described according to a survey made by Michael C. D'Angelo, Registered Surveyor, dated May 5, 1978, as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the Northern line of Blacksmith Alley (10 feet wide) at the corner of lands now or formerly of Richwine; said point being measured 102.50 feet to the center line of Main Street (Pa. Rt. 174); thence extending from said point of BEGINNING and along lands now or formerly of Richwine, North 19 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West, the distance of 243.60 feet to an iron pin at the corner of lands now or formerly of Warner; thence along lands now or formerly of Warner, North 68 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds East, the distance of 160.10 feet to a point at the corner of lands now or formerly of Lyter; thence along said lands South 24 degrees 14 minutes 26 second East, the distance of 164.66 feet to a point on the Northern line of Blacksmith Alley; thence along said line of Blacksmith Alley, South 44 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West, the distance of 191.53 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Ray Richard Strayer, Executor of and under the Last Will and Testament of Donna J. Parks, deceased, by Deed dated February 24, 2005, and recorded February 28, 2005, in the Recorder of ~,~~su~~ Deeds Office in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Book 267, Page 3543, granted and conveyed unto Timothy F. Straub and Calvin W. Williams, III, tenants-in-common. TAX PARCEL N0.22-28-2401-010. Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed from through and including. Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township Ordinance No. 99-6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statement(s) forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to for sewerage due to be treated from July 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012, which services total is in the amount of six hundred ninety-three and 00/100 ($693.00) dollars, which sum was duly assessed against, and the real property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount often (10%) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens). This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being dated August 15, 2D12, the delinquency is in the amount of $693.40. The purpose of this letter is to give you the following three options regarding your past due account; A. Full Payment of the entire outstanding balance to be made within ten (10) days of the date of this fetter; S. Contact the Authority to set up a Payment Agreement of a minimum of $100.00 per month on account of the arrears and required to keep up with all quarterly charges billed thereafter.
