FAMILY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WAIVING
FILING OF ACCOUNT
AGREEMENT, executed this ~_ day of v~~'~"J~'~`T, 2012, by KIMBERLY
S. ALEXANDER, Individually and as Executrix of the Last Will of ROLAND R.
ALEXANDER, Deceased.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Roland R. Alexander, died on August 30, 2011, having first made
and published his Last Will and Testament dated February 9, 2011, in which he named
Kimberly S. Alexander, as Executrix; and
WHEREAS, the Estate was not probated by virtue of all assets being joint with
right of survivorship or otherwise passing directly to Kimberly S. Alexander by operation
of law, without probate; and
WHEREAS, the Executrix has proceeded with the administration of said Estate,
and KIMBERLY S. ALEXANDER is personally familiar with the Estate assets; and

NOW THEREFORE, Kimberly S. Alexander being the sole beneficiary of the
assets of the Estate of Roland R. Alexander, does hereby acknowledge that she had
personal knowledge of the existence and value of the Estate assets from the filed
Inheritance Tax Return, bank statements, and other sources, both objective and
personal, and that she has received, either in kind or the liquidated proceeds of all
assets due by virtue of Decedent's Last Will and Testament.
AND, Kimberly S. Alexander does hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the
expense and time involved in probating and filing a formal Account and Schedule of
Distribution, she agrees that no Account is necessary, and she consents to distribution
being made without the formal filing of an Account and Schedule of Distribution, the
same to be with the same force and effect as if the documents had been filed and
confirmed by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Cumberland County.
THEREFORE, Kimberly S. Alexander shall and does hereby release, indemnify,
forever discharge, and hold harmless Kimberly S. Alexander, Executrix, Howard B.
Krug, Esquire and the law firm of Purcell, Krug & Haller, the Attorneys for the Estate,
their assigns, executors and administrators, from all actions, suits, payments, accounts,
and claims whatsoever, touching upon the Estate of the Decedent. Kimberly S.
Alexander also agrees that should any liability arise against the Estate of the said
Decedent after the signing of this Agreement, she covenants that she will be solely
responsible for satisfying same, including but not limited to any and all taxes, liabilities,
claims, demands, suits and causes of action which may be successfully prosecuted or
assessed against the said Estate after the signing, sealing and delivery of this Family
Settlement Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and seal to the Family Settlement
Agreement on the date as indicated below.

On this, the ~ day of (/ , 2012, before me, a Notary Public, the
undersigned officer, personally appeared KIMBERLY S. ALEXANDER, Individually and as
Executrix of the Estate of Roland R. Alexander, Deceased, known to me (or satisfactorily
proven) to be the person whose name is subscribed to the within instrument, and
acknowledged that she executed this Family Settlement Agreement for the purposes therein
contained.
