ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 6th day of November, 2012, in accordance
with the Petition for Guardianship, and upon the motion of Anthony
T. McBeth, Esquire, and Heriberto and Kelifer Caraballo, and after
having had a hearing in this matter, and the Court being in receipt
of a consent to this guardianship by the mother of Eriq Armani
Caraballo, it is hereby ordered that Heriberto and Kelifer
Caraballo are hereby appointed guardians of the person of Eriq
Armani Caraballo, a minor, and have all of the attendant rights
thereto.
