Copy of the Last Will and Testament of Carl L. Westhafer, Sc; and
One check made payable to Register of Wills, Agent, in the amount of
$1,600.00 for PA Inheritance Tax due.
Also enclosed for filing with your office is one (I) original Inventory for the above-
referenced Estate, and a check made payable to Register of Wills in the amount of $30 for filing fees.
