ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 7th day of November, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition To
Site Personal Representative To Render Account and Report of Administration, and of
the Answer With New Matter To "Petition To Site [sic] Personal Representative To
Render an Account and Report of Administration," and following a conference call held
on November 7, 2012, with Samuel L. Andes, Esq., attorney for Petitioner, Keith O.
Brenneman, Esq., attorney for Robert L. Young, Jr., and Charles Shields, III, Esq.,
attorney for Respondent (the Estate), and pursuant to an agreement of the parties, the
petition is granted as follows:
1. Respondent shall provide a copy to petitioner and file with the
Orphans' Court an informal accounting of the estate within 30 days of
the date of this order; and
2. All parties shall thereafter attend and participate in a meeting to discuss
any concerns Petitioner has regarding expenditures from the estate.
Respondent will make every effort to provide explanations of the
questioned expenditures, either in person at the meeting, or in writing to
Petitioner thereafter.
NO FURTHER action will be taken by this Court on the Petition or the Answer
and New Matter thereto unless a party hereto files a further petition.
