SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
11/14/2012 02:20 PM -William Cline, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on
November 14, 2012 at 1420 hours, attached as herein commanded all goods, chattels, rights, debts,
credits, and monies of the within named defendant, to wit: Shawn O'Rourke., in the hands, possession,
or control of the within named garnishee, Land O'Lakes, Inc., 405 Park Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, by handing to Bonnie Highlands, Membership Coordinator, personally three copies
of interrogatories together with three true and attested copies of the writ of execution and made the
contents there of known to her.
The writ of execution and notice to defendant was mailed on November 15, 2012 to Shawn O'Rourke at
231 Hoffman Road, Barto, PA 19504.
06/28/2013 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as STAYED. Garnishee is paying plaintiff directly at the rate of$ 5,000.00 per month.
