JOINDER OF ALL HEIRS IN OBJECTIONS TO AND PETITIONS
REGARDING THE FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNTING
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petitioners, Mrs. Marion Bogosh ; Mr. Martin Butler; Mrs. Betty Bogosh
Renninger; Mr. Theodore Bogosh, III ; Mr. Robert Frank; Mr. Dale Stabler; Mr.
Ronald Stabler; Mr. Mathew Stabler ; Mr. Barry Stabler, Jr.; Mr. Scott Stabler; Mrs.
Joan Haldeman by their co-beneficiary, a specific and residual heir and Pro Se
representative: Martin Butler, respectfully represents as follows:
1. The Petitioners, all adult individuals, who reside at the following addresses:
Mrs. Marion Bogosh (Heir and objector), of 10 Bogosh Lane, Tamaqua,PA 18252; Mr.
Martin Butler, (Heir, objector and Pro Se representative) of 407 East Marble Street,
Mechanicsburg, Pa 17055, Mrs. Betty Bogosh Renninger (Heir and Objector), of 139
Market Street, Auburn, PA 17922-0492; Mr. Theodore Bogosh, III (Heir and Objector),
of 10 Bogosh Lane, Tamaqua, PA 18252; Mr. Robert Frank (Heir and Objector) of 5209
Shore View Drive, Lake Shore Estates, Concord, NC 28025; Mr. Dale Stabler (Heir
and Objector) of 217 Penn Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252; Mr. Ronald Stabler (Heir and
Objector) of 317 Penn Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252; Mr. Mathew Stahler (Heir and
Objector) of 121 Benn Titus Road, Tamaqua, PA 18252; Mr. Barry Stahler, Jr. (Heir
and Objector) of 25 North Railroad Street, Apt. 2, Tamaqua, PA 18252-1340; Mr. Scott
Stahler (Heir and Objector) of 34 W. Phillips Street, Coaldale, PA 18218; and Mrs.
Joan Haldeman (Heir and Objector) of 337 Penn Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252,
are all party's in interest in the above referenced Estate, being specific and residual
beneficiaries, and do altogether file this Petition of Joinder:
1. To join in all together in the objections already officially submitted to this Court
by Martin Butler, another specific and residual heir, on August 24, 2012 and
August 27, 2012 to the account of Robert D. Firkal, Executor of the Estate of
Decedent, filed on July 24, 2012; and from this date forward, as have all parties
already from August of 2012 to the present, do join in altogether and offer our
support in all additional Petitions made to this Court to be filed by Martin Butler
as a representative Pro Se and consider such filings as our filings and in the
interest of all joined beneficiaries listed as signatories to this Petition.
