IN RE: PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 8" day of November 2012, upon review of the Petition for
Appointment of Guardian of the Person in the state of an alleged incapacitated person
counsel is appointed to represent the alleged incapacitated person, Jay W Bedard,
The court appoints Grace E. D'Alo, Esquire, to represent the alleged incapacitated
person in these proceedings.
It is hereby ORDERED and DIRECTED that a hearing is scheduled for 7
January 2013 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom No. 6, of the Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. A citation shall be issued to Jay W. Bedard
adjudicated an incapacitated person and to have Guardians appointed for his person
and his estate. Notice of the hearing shall be given to Jay W. Bedard in accordance
with 20 P.S. 5511 (a) not less than twenty (20) days prior to the hearing.
Furthermore, the alleged incapacitated person shall be in attendance unless it
can be established by his physician that his mental or physical condition would be
harmed by his presence at the hearing. This may be established in the form of written
interrogatories.

Notice of the Petition and hearing shall be given by proper service to all persons
entitled to share in the estate of the alleged incapacitated person and proof of said
service shall be filed prior to the hearing.
