O'Brien, Esquire files this Motion to request an extension of the Guardianship set to expire the end of this calender year. 2) The termination of the Guardianship would not be in the interest of Justin as his father has not made sufficient progress to warrant the return of Justin to his care. 3) The Petitioner requests that a Rule be issued upon the Father, Joseph Fisher, to Show Cause why the Guardianship should not be extended permanently. Should Mr. Fisher not object to or file a reply to the Rule, it shalt be deemed that he consents to the continuation of the guardianship and the Court may issue an appropriate Order or Orders concerning Justin. WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that Laurie Foose be appointed permanent guardian of the estate and person of Justin Fisher.
