LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LLOYD V. SHEIPE
I, Lloyd V. Sheipe, of Huntington Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania, do make
and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that my executor hereinafter named first pay out of my general estate all
of my just and legally collectible debts, funeral expenses and expenses of administration of my
estate.
SECOND: I give and devise my real estate off Ridge Road in Fairview Township, York
County, Pennsylvania unto my son, Scott A. Sheipe, provided he survives me, and direct that he
pay all state and federal transfer inheritance tax associated with this devise.
THIRD: In the event she survives me for at least thirty (30) days, I give, devise and
bequeath unto my wife, Mary Jane Sheipe, in complete and perfect ownership, all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my property of every kind and nature„ real, personal or mixed, and
wheresoever situated, giving her seisin thereof.
FOURTH: Irt the event my wife, Mary Jane Sheipe, does not survive me for at least
thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
as follows:
A. One-half (1/2) thereof unto my son, Scott A. Sheipe; and
B. One-half (1/2) thereof, in equal shazes, unto my stepdaughters, Bazbaza J. Lougee,
Katherine M. Cable, and Janet K. Rudy, and if any one of them should predecease me, to their
issue, per stirpes.
FIFTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, M:uy Jane Sheipe, as executor of
this my Last Will and Testament, and expressly direct that she not be required to give bond. In
the event my wife, Mary Jane Sheipe, does not survive me or in the event she fails to qualify as
executor within thirty (30) days after my death, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Scott
A. Sheipe, and my stepdaughter, Bazbaza J. Lougee, as co-executors of this my Last Will and
