Petition for Citation,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that Elaine N. Keller,
Executrix for the Estate of Dennis P. Nell, a/k/a Dennis Nell, deceased, is hereby
cited to be and appear in Courtroom No. 2 on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 9:00
a.m. at the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and then
and there show cause, if there be any, why the Inheritance Tax in the estate
should not be paid; and to further direct that the cost of this action be borne by
the said Executrix.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that Elaine N. Keller,
Executrix for the Estate of Dennis P. Nell, a/k/a Dennis Nell, deceased, file an
Answer to the Commonwealth's Petition on or before Friday, March 1, 2013.
