AND NOW, this 15th day of November, 2012, upon consideration of the
Petition for Citation,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that Jason D. Bobro and
Regis W. Bobro, Jr., Co-Administrators for the Estate of Regis W. Bobro, Sr.,
deceased, is hereby cited to be and appear in Courtroom No. 2 on Friday, March
15, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, and then and there show cause, if there be any, why the
Inheritance Tax in the estate should not be paid; and to further direct that the
cost of this action be borne by the said Co-Administrators.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the above mentioned
Co-Administrators for the Estate of Regis W. Bobro, Sr., deceased, file an
Answer to the Commonwealth's Petition on or before Friday, March 1, 2013.
