sole beneficiary of Jeffrey P. Shorten Estate, acknowledge that I have had and received of and
from Robert J. Edward, Executor of the said Jeffrey P. Shorten, estate, all funds due from the said
estate as set forth in the First and Final Account.
WHEREFORE, I do, by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge
the said, Robert J. Edwards, his assign Executor, of the duties of the trust imposed and from all
actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason
thereof.
