WHEREAS, Robert H. Long, Jr. died March 7, 2011, testate, and his Last Will
and Testament was duly probated by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and Letters Testamentary were granted by said Register of Wills to
Hershey Trust Company on March 16, 2011; and,
WHEREAS, said testator, by his Last Will and Testament, recorded in the
', Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, PA number 21-
11-0343, provided, inter alias
"Item VI: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my
property, real, personal and mixed, wherever situate, not disposed of in the preceding
portions of this Will, to my living issue, per stirpes; provided, however, that (1) should
any such issue be a child of mine who has not attained the age of fifty-five (55) years,
such child's share shall be retained by my Trustee, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, to be
held, administered and disposed of as a separate trust estate in accordance with ITEM
VII (the "Child's Trust"), or (2) should any such issue be the issue of a deceased child
of mine who has not attained the age of twenty-one years, such issue's share shall be
retained by my "Trustee, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, to be held, administered and
disposed of as a separate trust estate in accordance with ITEM VIII (the "Grandchild's
Trust")."
NOW, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Robert H. Long, Jr.
TUW FBO Nicole A. Long-McCoy, The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Trustee,
beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased, does
hereby acknowledge that it has had and received of and from Hershey Trust Company,
Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased, Hampden
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and The Bryn Mawr Trust Company,

agent for Hershey Trust Company, the sum of twenty-two thousand seven hundred
twenty-two dollars and forty-seven ($22,722.47) cents, 262.50 shares of Rangold &
Exploration LTD stock, and aone-half (1/2) interest in a mortgage to Robert H. Long,
Jr. from Thomas G. Bachert and Sarah Long-Bachert in the principal amount of
$270,515.72 payable on demand with interest thereon at 5% per annum, date of death
principal due of $270,515.72; date of death accrued interest due of $32,687.35; and date
of death penalty due of $1,578.08, in full satisfaction of the bequest described in Item
VI of the Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased, and in
consideration thereof, does by these presents remise, release, quitclaim and forever
discharge the said Hershey Trust Company, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased, late of Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, agent for Hershey Trust Company,
their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, from any further claims or
demands in connection with the bequest described in Item VI of the Last Will and
Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The BryMawr Trust Company, has caused this
