RECEIPT AND RELEASE
FROM: Nicole A. Long-McCoy, of 2315 Kent Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
17011 (hereinafter referred to as "Nicole")
TO: Hershey Trust Company, Executor of the
Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased, late of
Hampden Township, Pennsylvania
WHEREAS, Robert H. Long, Jr. died March 7, 2011, testate, and his Last Will and Testament
was duly probated by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and Letters
Testamentary were granted by said Register of Wills to Hershey Trust Company on March 16,
2011, and;

WHEREAS, said testator, by his Last Will and Testament recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, estate number 21-11-0343, provided,

r~ "ITEM III: I give and bequeath all of my household
"- furniture-and furnishings, automobiles, books, pictures, jewelry,
~~ ~ china, crystal, appliances, silverware„ wearing apparel and all

=~=' ~ the supervision of my Executor. Any conflicting choices shall be
resolved by drawing lots. Any such articles not so selected or
which cannot be fairly divided or distributed in kind in the opinion
of my Executor shall be sold or otherwise disposed of and the
proceeds thereof shall pass as a part of my residuary estate."
WHEREAS, Nicole entered into a written agreement with Sarah R. Long-Bachert, dated June
16, 2011, wherein Sarah and Nicole agreed that the Rolex watch, diamond/platinum ring, and
pontoon boat referred to below be distributed to Nicole.
NOW, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Nicole A. Long-McCoy,
beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased, do hereby
acknowledge that i have had and received of and from the said Hershey Trust Company,
Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., late of Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, a Rolex watch, adiamond/platinum ring and a
pontoon boat as partial satisfaction of the bequest described in Item III of the Last Will and
Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased, and in consideration thereof, do by these presents
remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge the said Hershey Trust Company, Executor as
aforesaid, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, from any further claims
or demands in connection with the bequest described in Item III of the Last Will and Testament
of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased.
