WHEREAS, Robert H. Long, Jr. died March 7, 2011, testate, and his Last Will
and Testament was duly probated by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and Letters Testamentary were granted by said Register of Wills to
Hershey Trust Company on March 16, 2011; and,
WHEREAS, said testator, by his Last Will and Testament, recorded in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, PA number 21-
11-0343, provided, inter alias
"Item III: I give and bequeath all of my household furniture-and furnishings,
automobiles, books, pictures, jewelry, china, crystal, appliances, silverware„ wearing
apparel and all other like articles of household or personal use or adornment to my
living children in as nearly equal shares as they shall select under the supervision of my
Executor. Any conflicting choices shall be resolved by drawing lots. Any such articles
not so selected or which cannot be fairly divided or distributed in kind in the opinion of
my Executor shall be sold or otherwise disposed of and the proceeds thereof shall pass
as a part of my residuary estate."
NOW, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Nicole A. Long-
McCoy, beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr.,
deceased, does hereby acknowledge that she has had and received of and from Hershey
Trust Company, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr.,
deceased, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and The Bryn Mawr
Trust Company, agent for Hershey Trust Company, the decedent's personal property
referred to in Item III, excluding a 2008 Mercedes-Benz MB ML 350, a Rolex watch, a
platinum diamond ring, a 1988 Lowe 24' Pontoon boat and a 1993 Mercury 40ELPT0
boat motor, all firearms except a `Carbine lever-action .22 cal w/scope -unknown
maker' and a `J Stevens Arms Co. single .22 cal' -distribution of Nicole's one-half

(1/2) share as per Agreement dated June, 2011, in partial satisfaction of the bequest
described in Item III of the Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased,
and in consideration thereof, does by these presents remise, release, quitclaim and
forever discharge the said Hershey Trust Company, Executor of the Last Will and
Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased, late of Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, agent for Hershey Trust
Company, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, from any
further claims or demands in connection with the bequest described in Item III of the
Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Long, Jr., deceased.
