at the Cumberland Coun y Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and that a Citation be
issued to Ruth V. Spatz r commanding her to show cause why she cannot appear at the aforementioned
hearing pursuant to the etition of Healthsouth tp have Ruth V. Spatzer adjudicated an incapacitated person
and to have plenary gua dians appointed for her person and her estate. Notice of the hearing shall be given
to Ruth V. Spatzer in ac ordance with 20 P.S. ~ 5511 (a) not less than twenty (20) days prior to the hearing.
Notice shall also be sent to her siblings at their last known address and to M & T Bank.
