attached Petition Under Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code for Settlement
of Small Estate, it is hereby ordered and directed that an Order be made authorizing Mildred M.
Bannon to act as Fiduciary for the Estate of Glen A. Bannon, and close the account with Valic
Retirement Services, with the proceeds made payable to Mildred M. Bannon, pursuant to Section
3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries pursuant to Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and
Fiduciaries Code.
