Addams, of Hanft & KNIGHT, P.C., and files the following Complaint: 1. The Plaintiff is GEICO, a corporation authorized to conduct insurance business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its offices and principal place of business at One GEICO Boulevard, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22412-0001. 2. The Defendant is Michelle Wright, an adult individual residing at III May Drive, Apt. 4, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 3. The Plaintiff issued a policy of automobile insurance to Bonnie Kennedy of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, which was in effect on August 22, 2003. 4. Bonnie Kennedy is the owner of a vehicle which she was driving on August 22, 2003 on St. John's Church Road and slowed down to stop before turning right onto Simpson Ferry Road in Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 5. At said time and place, the Defendant was driving a vehicle behind Ms. Kennedy when she negligently and carelessly collided with the rear of the Kennedy vehicle causing the damages hereinafter set forth. 6. The Defendant was negligent and careless in: A. Following too closely. B. Colliding with the rear of the other vehicle. e. Failing to have her vehicle under control. 7. As a result of the negligence and carelessness of the Defendant, Ms. Kennedy sustained injuries to her neck and back. 8. The Plaintiff's insurance policy provided uninsured motorist coverage, and as a result of the Defendant's operating an uninsured vehicle paid $1,500 to Ms. Kennedy to conclude her uninsured motorist claim. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant in the amount of $1,500 plus interest and costs of suit, an amount within the jurisdiction of arbitration under the local ruIes of court. ~.. z:7/~4 .-~,,- ~~ William A.
