of the Petition for Adjudication/Statement of Proposed
Distribution filed on behalf of PNC Bank, National Association,
Trustee, and upon review of the Commonwealth's answer to the
distribution request filed by the Office of Attorney General
Charitable Trust and Organization Section, we find that although
it is perhaps slightly ambiguous it is not impossible or
impractical for the Court to discern settler's intent with
respect to the recipient of one-third of the net income of the
trust. Specifically, we find that settler's direction that
one-third of the net income go to the Masonic Home for Crippled
Children at Elizabethtown is most appropriately effectuated by
directing that the Masonic Children's Home in Elizabethtown
receive said share. Accordingly, we order and direct that:
1. All of the unpaid accumulated income that has been
held by the trustee that has been held for the benefit of the
Masonic Home for Crippled Children at Elizabethtown shall be
distributed to the Masonic Children's Home of Elizabethtown.
2. Hereafter, the Masonic Children's Home of
Elizabethtown shall receive all the benefits of the one-third
share that the settler had directed towards the Masonic Home for
Crippled Children at Elizabethtown.
3. All such funds shall be used to benefit
disadvantaged children in the Masonic Children's Home in
Elizabethtown.

4. In all other respects, the account is confirmed
and distribution is decreed in accordance with the proposed
schedule.
