1. Undersigned counsel was Court appointed by the Honorable Judge J. Wesleti~ Oler.
Jr., to represent Monica Kendell, in alleged incapacitated person.
2. Monica Kendell has privately retained alternate counsel, Wayne Pecht to represent
her in said matter.
3. Monica Kendell and undersigned counsel have irreconcilable differences.
