AND NOW, this
day of , 2012, having
issued a Final Decree on October 25, 2012 adjudicating Jean B. Deissler a totally
incapacitated person, the following is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED:
1. Norman E. Deissler, Jr., having been appointed Guardian of the
ESTATE of Jean B. Deissler, is hereby authorized, as may be prudent or
convenient, to transfer the assets of Jean B. Deissler to Norman E. Deissler, Jr. as
Successor Trustee under the Agreement of Trust dated July 31, 1992, f/b/o Jean B.
Deissler, by and among Jean B. Deissler as grantor and Jean B. Deissler and
Norman E. Deissler, Sr. as trustees.
2. The remaining provisions of this Court's Final Decree dated October
25, 2012 in the matter captioned above are reaffirmed in their entirety.
