received from Jerry R. Duffie, Esquire, on behalf of Bonnie L. Omer, indicating that the
Petition for Grant of Letters was not necessary for the above estate and following the return
of the original Letters Testamentary and short certificates issued on October 17, 2012, IT IS
HEREBY DECREED that Letters Testamentary issued to Bonnie L. Orner for the Estate of
Fred M. Orner, Jr., are hereby revoked.
