North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The names of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are Arsene C. Bangoup and
Virginia L. Bangoup of 1877 Douglas Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1877 Douglas Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. ~ ,~

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $479.55, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

THIS DEED,
MADE THIS 3 ~ ~ day of March in the year two thousand and eight (2008},
BETWEEN NOLL ASSOCIATES, a Pennsylvania Partnership, of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called Grantor,
AND ARSENE C. BANGOUP AND VIRGINIA L. BANGOUP, his wife, of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called Grantees:
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand
Four Hundred and no/100 ($126,400.00} Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said Grantor does hereby grant and convey to the said Grantees, their heirs
and assigns, as tenants by the entireties;
ALL that certain lot of ground with the improvements situate in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEING Lot No. 102 on the Resubdivision Plan of Section 12 of Noll Manor, as recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 39, Page 30;
containing 146.86 feet along the North along Lot No. 101, Section 12; containing 47.527 feet
along the East along Section 8, Noll Manor; containing 148.42 feet along the South along Lot
No. 103, Section 12; and containing 47.50 feet along the West along Douglas Drive as shown on
said Plan.
CONTAINING 7,018 square feet and having erected thereon atwo-story townhouse
dwelling numbered 1877 Douglas Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, nevertheless, to an easement for the purpose of ingress, egress
and regress along the eastern and southern 10 feet of the above-described premises, as shown on
the above-mentioned Plan, in favor of Lots Nos. 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, and 101.

BEING the same premises which Timothy L. Rohrbaugh and Heather G. Rohrbaugh,
husband and wife, granted and conveyed to Noll Associates, by deed dated June 12, 2002, and

recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book 252,
Page 773.
Power of Attorney for Mary E. Noll is recorded in Cumberland County Miscellaneous
Book 151, Page 350.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that it will waixant specially the property
hereby conveyed.
