ESTATE NO. 21-11-0535 STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION Decedent, Rodney D. Lankford, Jr., died Apri127, 2011, testate. Fred L. Lauer, nephew of Decedent was appointed the Executor of the Estate on May 3, 2011. Executor filed Inheritance Tax Return with the Department of Revenue and they issued the Notice of Inheritance Tax Appraisement, Allowance or Disallowance of Deductions and Assessment of Tax on October 8, 2012 accepting the return as filed which was insolvent. Decedent's return listed the following unpaid claims/creditors: 1) Department of Public Welfare; Estate Recovery Program; and 2) Spring Creek Rehabilitation & Health Care Center Therefore, the Executor Petitions this Court to issue an order whereby the remaining $55,058.72 be distributed to the following claims/creditors: Department of Public Welfare, Estate Recovery Program in the full amount of $54,284.09 which is a Class 3 and Class 5.1 claim pursuant to Decedents, Estates, and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa.C.S.A. 3392(3) & 3392 (5.1), in accordance with their respective claims set forth in the attached First and Final Account.
