Fred L. Lauer, Executor of the Estate of Rodney D. Lankford, Jr., Deceased, hereby
declares under oath that he has fully and faithfully discharged the duties of his office; that the
foregoing First and Final Account is true and correct and fully discloses all significant transaction
occurring during the accounting period; that all known claims against the Estate will be paid in a
proportionate share, except the funeral which a partial amount was paid by the Estate; that, to his
knowledge, there are no claims outstanding against the Estate; that all taxes presently due from
the Estate have been paid; and that the grant of Letters of Testamentary and the first complete
advertisement thereof occurred more than four months before the filing of the foregoing First and
Final Account.
This statement is made subject to penalties of 18 Pa. C.S.A. Section 4904 relating to

STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
Decedent, Rodney D. Lankford, Jr., died Apri127, 2011, testate. Fred L. Lauer,
nephew of Decedent was appointed the Executor of the Estate on May 3, 2011.
Executor filed Inheritance Tax Return with the Department of Revenue and they
issued the Notice of Inheritance Tax Appraisement, Allowance or Disallowance of
Deductions and Assessment of Tax on October 8, 2012 accepting the return as filed
which was insolvent.
Decedent's return listed the following unpaid claims/creditors:
1) Department of Public Welfare; Estate Recovery Program; and
2) Spring Creek Rehabilitation & Health Care Center
Therefore, the Executor Petitions this Court to issue an order whereby the
remaining $55,058.72 be distributed to the following claims/creditors: Department of
Public Welfare, Estate Recovery Program in the full amount of $54,284.09 which is a
Class 3 and Class 5.1 claim pursuant to Decedents, Estates, and Fiduciaries Code, 20
Pa.C.S.A. 3392(3) & 3392 (5.1), in accordance with their respective claims set forth in
the attached First and Final Account.
Creditor, Spring Creek Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a Class 6 claim
pursuant to Section 3392 of the Decedents, Estate, and Fiduciaries Codes, 20 Pa.C.S.A.
3392(6) and therefore will receive a reduced amount of $774.63 for payment of the debt
incurred by the decedent.
