LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
VESTA B. PEPPERMAN
I, VESTA B. PEPPERMAN, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils by me at any time made.
ITEM I: All inheritance and estate taxes becoming due by
reason of my death, whether such taxes may be pa~ie ~ my
Estate or by any recipient of any property, shalll be pa~ by my
Executor as provided by ITEM VI of this Will, the resid~ry
portion, as an expense and cost of administration of mylstare.
My Executor shall have no duty or obligation to obtain r~imburse-
ment for any such tax paid by my Executor, even though on pro-
ceeds of insurance or other property not passing under this Will.
In the absolute discretion of my Executor, my Executor may pay
such taxes immediately or may postpone the payment of taxes on
future or remainder interests until the time possession thereof
accrues to the beneficiaries.
ITEM II: I hereby exercise all powers of appointment which
I may have at the time of my death in favor of my Executor, and
all property subject to all such powers of appointment shall be
included in my Estate and be governed by the provisions of this
Will.
ITEM III: (a) If I have not done so during my lifetime, I
give my dolphin-based blue reservoir pairpoint lamp and any other

glass items of mine that it may select to Corning Museum, Corn-
ing, NY.
(b) To comply with my late husband's frequently
expressed desire, if I have not done so during my lifetime, I
give the child's chair with its back and seat made of carpet to
Christina Poff, 310 South Main Street, Muncy, PA 17756, or if she
is not living at the time of my death, to her mother, Mrs. Diane
Poff.
ITEM IV: I give all other items of tangible personal
property to Alicia D. and Joseph K. Stine or their issue, with
complete confidence that any written instructions that I may
leave as to the disposition of certain items of my tangible
personal property will be carried out by Alicia D. Stine and
Joseph K. Stine or their issue.
ITEM V: I give both my residence known as 253 North 17th
Street, and the adjacent vacant land, Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, PA, identified as Tax Parcel Nos. 01-21-0269-129, 129A,
and 132, and Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) to Alicia D. and
Joseph K. Stine, or to the survivor of them, or, should neither
survive me, to their issue. I am on the waiting list for the
Bethany Village Retirement Center, and plan to give this real
estate to the Stines during my lifetime. Should said gifting not
take place, and should all or any part of said real estate be
sold during my lifetime, the dollar amount of the net sale
price(s), less any capital gains tax, shall become a pecuniary
legacy for these beneficiaries, so that the value of their

participation in my estate described herein may be substantially
achieved.
ITEM VI: I give the rest and remainder of my estate, as
follows:
(a) To my namesake, Vesta Maria Rash, a Stine
grandchild, the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), but in
no event more than twenty-five percent (25%) of my residuary
estate.
(b) To each of Margaret Alice Rash, Paul Kniley
Stine and Meredith Frances Stine, Stine grandchildren, the sum of
Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), but in no event shall these gifts
constitute in the aggregate more than fifteen percent (15%) of my
residuary estate.
(c) To my niece, Diane Rinker, Muncy, PA, or her
issue, the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), but in no
event more than ten percent (10%) of my residuary estate.
(d) To Alicia D. Stine and Joseph K. Stine or
their issue the balance of my residuary estate. To the extent
that said balance exceeds $100,000, said excess shall be the
first source of dollars for debts, death taxes and administrative
expenses. Without available excess, the Stines or their issue
shall pay said debts, taxes and expenses proportionately with
subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c), namely, 25%, 15%, 10% and 50%.
ITEM VII: I name as my Co-Executors Alicia D. and Joseph K.
Stine. Should either be unable or unwilling to serve, the other

shall serve alone. Should neither be able or willing to serve, I
name Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company, 3045 Market Street,
Camp Hill, PA, as my Executor. My Co-Executors, Executrix or
Executor shall serve without bond in any jurisdiction in which
called upon to act.
ITEM VIII: If any beneficiary under this Last Will and
Testament is under twenty-one (21) years of age, I direct that
his or her interest be held in trust by Dauphin Deposit Bank and
Trust Company, hereinafter called Trustee, until such beneficiary
reaches twenty-one (21) years of age. My Trustee shall apply
such amounts of income and principal as it, in its sole discre-
tion, deems proper for the support, education and welfare of such
beneficiary, and may accumulate any unexpended balance of income
to the extent permitted by law. Such amounts may be applied
directly or may be paid to the beneficiary or to the person with
whom such beneficiary resides or who has the care and control of
such beneficiary, without the intervention of a guardian. My
Trustee shall not be obliged to supervise or inquire into the
application of such amounts by such person, and the receipt of
such person shall be a complete release of my Trustee. Should
the share of a beneficiary, in the sole opinion of my Trustee, be
or become too small to warrant continuing such fund in trust, or
should its administration be or become impractical for any other
reason, my Trustee, in its sole discretion, may pay such share,
absolutely, to the beneficiary, the person with whom said benefi-
ciary resides, or the person who has the care and control of such

beneficiary, or may deposit such share in the beneficiary's name
in a savings account in a savings institution of its choosing,
payable to the beneficiary at majority, which I define as twenty-
one (21) years.
ITEM IX: I give to any Executor or Executors and to any
Trustee or Trustees named in this Will or any Codicil hereto all
of the powers now applicable by law to fiduciaries in the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania and in particular, through the Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code, as effective and as in effect on
the date hereof, during the administration and until the comple-
tion of the distribution of my estate, and until the termination
of all trusts created hereunder and until the completion of the
distribution of the assets of such trusts, including the power to
hold and to invest in any corporate fiduciary's stock, notes,
certificates of deposit, and common funds, and the power to
register securities in the name of a nominee.
ITEM X: No interest of any beneficiary under this Will or
any Codicil hereto shall be subject to anticipation or to volun-
tary or involuntary alienation.

lAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
VESTA B. PEPPERMAN
I, VESTA B. PEPPERMAN, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all wills and Codicils by me at any time made.
ITEM I: All inheritance and estate taxes becoming due by
reason of my death, whether such taxes may be payable by my
Estate or by any recipient of any property, shall be paid by my
Executor as provided by ITEM VI of this Will, the residuary
portion, as an expense and cost of administration of my Estate.
My Executor shall have no duty or obligation to obtain reimburse-
ment for any such tax paid by my Executor, even though on pro-
ceeds of insurance or other property not passing under this Will.
In the absolute discretion of my Executor, my Executor may pay
such taxes immediately or may postpone the payment of taxes on
future or remainder interests until the time possession thereof
accrues to the beneficiaries.
ITEM II: I hereby exercise all powers of appointment which
I may have at the time of my death in favor of my Executor, and
all property subject to all such powers of appointment shall be
included in my Estate and be governed by the provisions of this
Will.
ITEM III: (al If I have not done so during my lifetime, I
give my dolphin-based blue reservoir pairpoint lamp and any other

glas~ items of mine that it may select to Corning Museum, Corn-
ing, NY.
(b) To comply with my late husband's frequently
expressed desire, if I have not done so during my lifetime, I
give the child's chair with its back and seat made of carpet to
Christina Poff, 310 South Main Street, Muncy, PA 17756, or if she
is not living at the time of my death, to her mother, Mrs. Diane
Poff.
ITEM IV: I give all other items of tangible personal
property to Alicia D. and Joseph K. stine or their issue, with
complete confidence that any written instructions that I may
leave as to the disposition of certain items of my tangible
personal property will be carried out by Alicia D. Stine and
Joseph K. Stine or their issue.
ITEM V: I give both my residence known as 253 North 17th
street, and the adjacent vacant land, Camp Hill, CUmberland
County, PA, identified as Tax Parcel Nos. 01-21-0269-129, 129A,
and 132, and Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) to Alicia D. and
Joseph K. stine, or to the survivor of them, or, should neither
survive me, to their issue. I am on the waiting list for the
Bethany Village Retirement Center, and plan to give this real
estate to the stines during my lifetime. Should said gifting not
take place, and should all or any part of said real estate be
sold during my lifetime, the dollar amount of the net sale
price(s), less any capital gains tax, shall become a pecuniary
legacy for these beneficiaries, so that the value of their

partipipation in my estate described herein may be substantially
achieved.
ITEM VI: I give the rest and remainder of my estate, as
follows:
(a) To my namesake, Vesta Maria Rash, a stine
grandchild, the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), but in
no event more than twenty-five percent (25%) of my residuary
estate.
(b) To each of Margaret Alice Rash, Paul Kniley
stine and Meredith Frances Stine, Stine grandchildren, the sum of
Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), but in no event shall these gifts
constitute in the aggregate more than fifteen percent (15%) of my
residuary estate.
(c) To my niece, Diane Rinker, Muncy, PA, or her
issue, the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), but in no
event more than ten percent (10%) of my residuary estate.
(d) To Alicia D. Stine and Joseph K. Stine or
their issue the balance of my residuary estate. To the extent
that said balance exceeds $100,000, said excess shall be the
first source of dollars for debts, death taxes and administrative
expenses. without available excess, .the stines or their issue
shall pay said debts, taxes and expenses proportionately with
subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c), namely, 25%, 15%, 10% and 50%.
ITEM VII: I name as my Co-Executors Alicia D. and Joseph K.
Stine. Should either be unable or unwilling to serve, the other

shall. serve alone. Should neither be able or willing to serve, I
name Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company, 3045 Market Street,
Camp Hill, PA, as my Executor. My Co-Executors, Executrix or
Executor shall serve without bond in any jurisdiction in which
called upon to act.
ITEM VIII: If any beneficiary under this Last will and
Testament is under twenty-one (21) years of age, I direct that
his or her interest be held in trust by Dauphin Deposit Bank and
Trust Company, hereinafter called Trustee, until such beneficiary
reaches twenty-one (21) years of age. My Trustee shall apply
such amounts of income and principal as it, in its sole discre-
tion, deems proper for the support, education and welfare of such
beneficiary, and may accumulate any unexpended balance of income
to the extent permitted by law. Such amounts may be applied
directly or may be paid to the beneficiary or to the person with
whom such beneficiary resides or who has the care and control of
such beneficiary, without the intervention of a guardian. My
Trustee shall not be obliged to supervise or inquire into the
application of such amounts by such person, and the receipt of
such person shall be a complete release of my Trustee. Should
the share of a beneficiary, in the sole opinion of my Trustee, be
or become too small to warrant continuing such fund in trust, or
should its administration be or become impractical for any other
reason, my Trustee, in its sole discretion, may pay such share,
absolutely, to the beneficiary, the person with whom said benefi-
ciary resides, or the person who has the care and control of such

bene~iciary, or may deposit such share in the beneficiary's name
in a savings account in a savings institution of its choosing,
payable to the beneficiary at majority, which I define as twenty-
one (21) years.
ITEM IX: I give to any Executor or Executors and to any
Trustee or Trustees named in this will or any COdicil hereto all
of the powers now applicable by law to fiduciaries in the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania and in particular, through the Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code, as effective and as in effect on
the date hereof, during the administration and until the comple-
tion of the distribution of my estate, and until the termination
of all trusts created hereunder and until the completion of the
distribution of the assets of such trusts, including the power to
hold and to invest in any corporate fiduciary's stock, notes,
certificates of deposit, and common funds, and the power to
register securities in the name of a nominee.
ITEM X: No interest of any beneficiary under this Will or
any Codicil hereto shall be subject to anticipation or to volun-
tary or involuntary alienation.

This AGREEMENT, between ANITA S. RASH ("Rash"), of 1310 King Arthur
Drive, Mechanicsburg, P A 17050, the parent and natural guardian of V esta M. Rash, age
13, and Margaret A. Rash, age 11, (the "Beneficiaries"), MARK K. STINE ("Stine"), of
1112 Kent Drive, Mechanicsburg, P A 17050, the parent and natural guardian of Paul K.
Stine, age 11, and Meredith F. Stine, age 8, (the "Beneficiaries"), and ALICIA D. STINE
and JOSEPH K. STINE (the "Co-Executors"), Co-Executors of the Estate of Vesta B.
Pepperman, Deceased, under her Last Will and Testament dated December 10, 1997,
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, Item VI ofthe will state:
I give the rest and remainder of my estate as follows:
(a) To my namesake, Vesta Maria Rash, a Stine grandchild, the sum of
Fifty Thousand Dollars ( $50,000 ), but in no event more than twenty-
five percent ( 25% ) of my residuary estate.
(b) To each of Margaret Alice Rash, Paul Kniley Stine and Meredith
Frances Stine, Stine grandchildren, the sum ofTen Thousand Dollars
($10,000), but in no event shall these gifts constitute in the aggregate
more than fifteen percent ( 15%) of my residuary estate.
WHEREAS, the Beneficiaries are minor children and presently incapable of
consenting to this Agreement because of their minority; and
WHEREAS, A corporate fiduciary has declined to act as Trustee or Guardian for
the Beneficiaries in their minority due to the size of the bequests, and
WHEREAS, Rash, as parent and natural guardian for the minor Beneficiaries,
Vesta M. Rash and Margaret A. Rash, has opened Franklin Templeton 529 Plans through
an M&T Brokerage account, and
WHEREAS, Stine as parent and natural guardian for the minor Beneficiaries,
Paul K. Stine and Meredith F. Stine, plans to open College America 529 Plans, and
WHEREAS, the Co-Executors have agreed to distribute these bequests to the
respective 529 Plans for the benefit of the Beneficiaries, and
WHEREAS, the Rash and Stine are willing to hold the Co-Trustees harmless
against any claim by the Beneficiaries, their other parent and natural guardian, and the
Beneficiaries' heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns in connection with
the distribution ofthe bequests to the Beneficiaries' respective 529 Plans.

NOW, THEREFORE, intending to be legally bound, the Co-Executors, Rash and
Stine hereby agree as follow
1. The prefatory paragraphs set forth above are incorporated herein by reference as if
set forth in full.
2. Rash and Stine agree to hold the Co-Executors harmless against any and all
claims made by the Beneficiaries, their other parent and natural guardian, their
heirs, personal representatives, successors or assigns, in connection with the
distribution of the bequests to the 529 Plans established by Rash and Stine.
3. Rash and Stine agree that, in the event they choose to terminate the Beneficiaries
529 Plans, they will return the amount distributed by the Co-Executors, less any
amount expended to pay for educational expenses for the Beneficiaries, to the Co-
Executors.
4. Rash and Stine agree to designate the Co-Executors as the successor owners of
the Beneficiaries' accounts in the 529 Plans.
5. This Agreement, which shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, shall be binding upon the heirs, personal
representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
