RECEIPT AND RELEASE
I, ARLENE B. DOUGHERTY, Executrix of the Estate of
AUSTIN C. DOUGHERTY, of 218 Bailey Street, New Cumberland,
PA, and the sole heir of the Estate, do hereby acknowledge that I have
on this 30th day of October, 2012, received all of the net assets, in
money and in kind, as final distribution to the Estate of Austin C.
Dougherty of the net assets of the Estate of John J. Dougherty; that I
have examined an informal accounting of the Estate and find it true and
correct and I accept it in lieu of a formal adjudication; that I am satisfied
that the total distributions to the Estate of Austin C. Dougherty were
complete, accurate, and correct; and, therefore, I do hereby release,
quit-claim, and forever discharge said Executrix individually and as a
representative of the Estate, and Albert J. Hajjar, the Attorney for the
Estate, of and from any liability or actions pertaining to the Estate.
