AND NOW, this 7~' day of December, 2012, after a hearing held on December 6, 2012,
and having received no response to the Citation issue upon Dawn M. Cheugh for her to appear to
show cause why the Register should not open the probate record and admit the instrument dated
December 8, 2010 as a later will, IT IS HEREBY DECREED the probate record is opened to
admit the document dated December 8, 2010, as the Last Will and Testament of Berneice M.
Gerhardt.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the Letters Testamentary previously granted to Dawn
M. Cheugh are hereby revoked and Letters Testamentary are granted to Cheryl D. Calaman this
day. Cheryl D. Calaman shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this Estate according to law.
