MYERS, ESQUIRE, hereby files its claim for unpaid water bills against the rea! estate hereinafter described and sets for its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM -1- The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Shippensburg Borough Authority, a Pennsylvania Municipality Authority, located in the Counties of Cumberland and Franklin and organized pursuant to ordinances of the Borough of Shippensburg. -2- The name or names of the owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against which this claim is filed is Jason W. Myers and Alicia Thrush. -3- A description of the property known and numbered as 119 South Fayette Street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". ~'d1.1.
