6:21 PM hours, served the requested Writ of Execution and Claim for Exemption Form by "personally"
handing a true and attested copy to a person representing themselves to be the Defendant, to wit: Harry
Ralph Harvey, Sr. at 6952 Wertzville Road, Silver Spring Township, Enola, PA 17025, informed
Defendant of contents of same and levied upon personal property as directed. Copy of levy mailed to
attorney and letter mailed to defendant on February 4, 2013.
04/05/2013 07:07 PM - Deputy Shawn Gutshall, being duly sworn according to law, states service was performed by
posting a true copy of the requested Sheriffs Sale Bill in the above titled action, upon the property located
at 6952 Wertzville Road, Silver Spring Township, Enola, PA 17025, Cumberland County.
04/15/2013 Property sale scheduled for 04-17-13 is cancelled at request of plaintiff; defendant has worked out a
payment arrangement with plaintiff directly.

at 6952 Wertzville Road, Silver Spring Township, Enola, PA 17025, Cumberland County.
Deputy Cline spoke with a neighbor who advised that he believes that they were evicted approximately 3
weeks ago. Deputy Cline advised it did not look like anything had been moved out. Deputy Cline advised
the property appears to be in a state of disarray.
