Present at a conciliation conference held April 5, 2013, were Ralph Salvia, Esquire,
attorney for the plaintiff, and Anthony DeLuca, Esquire, attorney for the defendants.
Mr. Salvia indicated a reinstatement amount which would be good until April 29, 2013.
Unfortunately, the defendants are not able to meet the full amount. In the meantime, it will be
their intention to proceed with a loan modification. Necessary packet materials will be submitted
to the bank within twenty (20) days. A continued mortgage conciliation conference will be set
by order of even date herewith.
ORDER
AND NOW,this S� day of April, 2013, continued conciliation conference is set for
Friday, June 14, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. in Chambers of the undersigned.
