Enter the claim of PNC BANK. NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, against the above
entitled Estate for the amount set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof, which is the outstanding balance of a loan made on or about September 13, 2005,
in the original principal amount of $243,750.00.
The Decedent, who resided at 28377 GROTON TOWN ROAD HALEWOOD VA,
died on AUGUST 8..2012. Written notice of said claim was given to STEVEN HYVESSON
at 10 WHITE OAK DRIVE. CARLISLE PA 17015 on DECEMBER 3. 2012.

The total amount due and payable as of November 19, 2012, is itemized as folbws:

Total: $180,905.09
In addition, interest at the rate provided in the loan documents and costs, expenses and
attorney's fees have accrued and continue to accrue after November 19, 2012, until all
amounts outstanding under or in connection with the loan are paid in full.
