I direct that all inheritance taxes imposed or payable by reason of my death and interest and penalties thereon with respect to all property, whether or not such property passes under this v'Vifi, shali be paid by my personal representative out of my estate. 2. I authorize and empower my personal representative to sell any realty and/or personalty owned by me at my death and not specifically devised or bequeathed herein, at public or private sale or sales and to give good and sufficient deeds and/or bills of sale therefore, in fee simple, as I could do if living. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate as follows: A. The sum of $1,000 to the Carlisle Chapter of the American Red Cross, for general purposes; B. The sum of $1,000 to the Central Pennsylvania Conservancy; and all the C. My 3-diamond ring to my sister, Joyce Irene Warner (or if she is deceased then this bequest shall lapse and become a part of my residuary estate; D. Rest, residue and remainder as follows: 1.) 25% to Second Presbyterian Church of Carlisle, in memory of Cecil and Jessie Shafer and Lee and Edith Railing, to be used in part of the upkeep of the Church Memorial garden; and 2.) 75% to Michael Lee Railing, Linda Sue Stamy, Brenda Kay Bradley, David Eugene Warner, Sandra Lee Weibley, Dianne Sue Czupil and Amy Lou Wagner, share and share alike. 4. I nominate and appoint Michael Lee Railing to be the personal representative of my estate, to serve without bond. If he cannot or does not serve, then I appoint Brenda Kay Bradley to be the substitute personal representative, also without bond. 5. I suggest that my personal representative retain the services of Harold S. Irwin, III, Carlisle, Pennsylvania in the settlement of my estate.
