AND NOW, this 12th day of December, 2012, the hearing in the above
captioned matter having concluded on October 12, 2012;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the written
recommendation of the Guardian Ad Litem as to who should serve as Guardian
of the person of Emily Jane Miller and any changes he would recommend
regarding the current proposed order in this case shall be filed with the Court on
or before January 4, 2013.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a copy of the Guardian
Ad Litem's recommendation shall be supplied to all parties. The parties will be
given until January 14, 2013, to file any written responses or objections.
