COMPLAINT
Plaintiff, Kelly L. Hoon, Executrix of the Estate of Clarence Lamar Chubb, is an
adult individual with an address of 632 Davis Drive, New Cumberland, PA 17070.
2. Defendant, James Pool, is an adult individual residing at 4601 Chestnut Avenue,
Camp Hill, PA 17011.
3. Defendant, Kristen Pool, is an adult individual residing at 4601 Chestnut Avenue,
Camp Hill, PA 17011.
4. The record owner of the premises where Defendants reside is Clarence Lamar
Chubb. See attached hereto as Exhibit "A" a true and correct copy of the Deed.
5. Clarence Lamar Chubb departed this Earth on October 29, 2012.
6. Kelly L. Hoon was appointed as Executrix of the Estate of Clarence Lamar Chubb
before the Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County on November 8, 2012. See attached
hereto as Exhibit "B" a true and correct copy of the Short Certificate for the Estate, File No.
2012-01177.
7. The real property located at 4601 Chestnut Avenue, Camp Hill, PA 17011 is an
asset of the Estate.
8. Defendants have no valid legal right to possession of the premises.
9. Plaintiff claims the right to possession of the premises to the exclusion of the
Defendants.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff seeks judgment for possession of the aforesaid premises.

This Deed made the 23rd day of September, 2004

CLARENCE L. CHUBB AND MARGIE L CHUBB, HIS WIFE
(hereinafter called the Grantors), of the one part, and
CLARENCE L. CHUBB
(hereinafter called the Grantee), of the other part,
wltrleSSet11 that the said Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND 00/100
DOLLARS ($1.00) lawful money of the United States of America, unto him well and truly paid by the
said Grantee, at or before the sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the
said Grantee, as sole owner, her heirs and assigns,
All that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
Beginning at point at the Northwest corner of Clearview Drive and Chestnut Avenue on
the Plan of Lots of Clcarview Farms; thence south S1 ° 26' West along the northerly line
of Chestnut Avenue a distance of 108.41 feet to a point; thence North 38` 16' West a
distance of 57.24 feet to a point; thence North 3° 5' West a distance of 57.6 feet to a point
on the southerly side of Clearview Drive; thence a North 86° 35' East along the southerly
side of Clearview Drive a distance of 19 feet to a Opoint; thence continuing along
Clearview Drive in an arc curving to the right having a radius of 145 feet for a distance of
112.97 feet to a point, the place of beginning.
Margie L. Chubb is not of this earth since June 10, 2002
BEING the same premises which DANIEL H. PARIS AND MARLENE F. PARIS, his
wife, by Deed dated Octobex 15, 1973, and recorded November 1, 1973, in Book IC25,
Page 661, granted and conveyed unto CLARENACE L. CHUBB AND MARGIE L.
CHUBB, his wife, in fee:
