DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 12th day of December, 2012, having received no response to the Notice of the
Register of Wills, issued on November 21, 2012, of her intent to open the probate record, this notice
being in response to the Petition to Admit Later Last Will and Testament to Probate filed by Deborah A.
Behrens and Barbara A. Fair though their attorneys, Irwin & McKnight P.C., IT IS DECREED that the
probate record is opened to admit the instrument dated October 2, 2008, as the Last Will and Testament
of Betty C. Allen.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the Letters Testamentary issued to Deborah A. Behrens and
Barbara A. Fair are amended to reflect the Later Will Testament. Deborah A. Behrens and Barbara A.
Fair shall continue their administration of the Estate of Betty C. Allen according to law.
