To Whom it May Concern,
While we were married we sold twenty acres and the stable for $40,000.00 and I was to get %z
of that, however, it was never paid to me.
I feel that $20,000.00 is owed to me, however $11,000.00 has been paid, which leaves
$9,000.00 still owed to me.
