address of 90 Salem Church Road, Lot 526, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania;
2. Petitioner is Mary S. Mills, Executrix of the Estate of Mary D.
Sampson;
3. Letters Testamentary were granted to Petitioner on February
10, 2012 by the Deputy Register of Wills of and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania;

County Register.of Wills on April 4, 2012 with said return
showing the estate net value less than $25,000.00;
7. Ten days written notice of intention to present this petition to the
Cumberland County Orphan's Court has been given to every
unpaid beneficiary, heir or claimant who has not joined in the
petition or consented thereto; and
8. All debts and inheritance taxes have been paid and there is a
net value to the estate available for distribution in the amount of
$1,772.28 to the sole beneficiary and therefore the Petitioner as
the Executrix and sole beneficiary should be discharged.
