AND NOW, this 17~h day of December, 2012, following a status conference with
counsel, the parties agree and the court concurs that the most expeditious way to
address the outstanding issues is through briefing and argument on Motion(s) for
Judgment on the Pleadings. Therefore, the court sets the following schedule:
1. Any party may file a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings by January 17,
2013.
2. Responsive pleadings to said Motion(s) shall be filed by February 18, 2013.
3. The moving party shall submit a brief to opposing counsel and the court by
March 18, 2013.
4. Responsive briefs shall be submitted to the court and opposing counsel no
later than April 17, 2013.
5. Argument shall be held before the court on Thursday, May 2, 2013, at 1:30
p.m.
