,~ ~ ~ ear.~held following due notice by the parties hereto, it
wj°C ~~s hera7~'y ordered and decreed that the Court hereby finds
that Alison L. Grinder suffers from dementia as was
evidenced by her testimony in court today that she was not
aware of her surroundings or time or why she was in the
courtroom and as a result Ms. Grinder is so severely
mentally impaired that she is unable to make, communicate,
or participate in any decision relating to her estate or
person. The Court hereby finds that Alison L. Grinder is
adjudicated totally incapacitated.
Elizabeth L. Grinder McLean, Timothy W. Grinder,
and Jonathan H. Grinder, which are Alison L. Grinder's
children, are hereby appointed plenary guardians of the
estate and person of Alison L. Grinder to manage and handle
all aspects of her estate and person, specifically including
but not limited to, all issues relating to her cash, checks,
and any bank or savings accounts held in her name, her
stocks and bonds, her personal property, her real estate,

her life and other insurance or annuity of which she is a
beneficiary, her entitlement to any governmental and
non-governmental benefit plans, federal, state, and local
taxes, claims made or to be made on behalf of her or against
her, the execution of documents, entry into contracts
affecting her, the payment of reasonable compensation or
costs to provide services for her, and any decisions
regarding the health or welfare affecting the person of
Alison L. Grinder. Any appointed guardian herein under this
decree may act alone as a guardian. This is pursuant to an
agreement between all three children that each of them may
act alone as a guardian.
Alison L. Grinder has twenty days from the date of
this decree to file exceptions. Failure to file exceptions
within that time will result in this decree becoming final.
To the extent possible the three children of Ms. Grinder are
hereby ordered to advise Ms. Grinder of her right to appeal
and to petition to modify or terminate the guardianship by
copy of this decree and by the statement of rights that will
be attached hereto.
